INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

In view of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, GDRP), we hereby declare that pursuant to the agreements concluded by K INVESTMENTS Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością (Limited Liability Company) in Zielona Góra, we process the following information:

a) the personal data of our Clients and Contractors, with whom we have contracts, including Subcontractors,

b) the personal data of employees and representatives of our Clients and Contractors and other persons with whom we remain in contact as part of the contracts between us.

The data controller is K INVESTMENTS Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością (Limited Liability Company) in Zielona Góra, 65-001 Zielona Góra, ul. Kupiecka 93/3, registered in the National Court Register kept by the District Court in Zielona Góra under KRS (National Court Register Number) 393562, NIP (Tax Identification Number): 9731003816, REGON (National Business Registry Number): 080704635.

Your personal data will be processed:

(a) pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR Regulation, in order to fulfil the obligations resulting from the contracts binding our parties, including this contract, and with regard to any claims filed after expiry of the contract or service performed; the above also applies to the processing of personal data at the request of the owner of said data, prior to the conclusion of a contract,

b) pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR and in relation to recital (47) of the GDPR, i.e. due to the legitimate interest of the Client/Contractor, understood as provision of services under the agreement concluded with the Client/Contractor.

Your personal data may be shared with the following categories of entities:

- law firms providing services to the company,

- tax advisors,

- companies providing accounting and human resources services,

- providers of IT solutions,

- subcontractors, including subcontractors of our Clients and Contractors.

We shall not transfer your data outside the territory of Poland.

We shall process your data for the duration of the fulfilment of the request or the fulfilment of the contract and after its termination, until the statute of limitations for any possible claims has expired.

You have the right to request from the data controller access to your personal data, rectification, erasure or limitation of the processing of your data, as well as the right to object to the processing of your data and the right to request its transfer.

Providing data is voluntary, but necessary for the conclusion and implementation of the above mentioned purposes.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority - the President of the Personal Data Protection Office - or any other competent supervisory authority, if you believe that we are processing your data unlawfully.
